Ad Campaign to earn one click

In August of 2013, I did a privacy research project where I successfully targeted a Facebook ad at only one user. Though this method had been technically possible for at least three years, it wasn't something that users were supposed to be able to do. Within two weeks of my publishing of this blog post, just before presenting my findings at HushCon, Facebook changed their ad manager to make what I had done, much more difficult.
